Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once you book with us, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
If you paid by Stripe, you will also receive an email from Stripe (FRRENTAL). Again, if you do not see the email, please check your spam.
We thank you for booking with us and look forward to hosting you. However, we know sometimes things happen and plans need to be canceled or changed. Should you need to change or cancel your vacation rental, our policy is as follows:
- There are no fees to change your dates.
- 100% refund if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date.
- 50% refund if you cancel 10-29 days before your check-in date.
- No refund for cancellations less than 10 days before check-in
- NOTE: any refunds kept can be applied toward a future booking within the next 12 months from cancelled date.
